Are You Suffering from Hip and Groin Pain and Searching for Solutions?

Are you tired of living with persistent hip and groin pain and stiffness?

Feel like your joints are ageing faster than you are?

Do you long for the freedom to move without limitations?

The good news is this:

At Physio7, we help people relieve hip and groin pain, even when they’ve been told that nothing can be done

Does this sound like you?

Many people with hip pain in Ipswich are told to “just rest it” and “take some pain killers“…

At best, they are given a sheet of generic exercises.

Sadly, this will only get you so far.

While these measures may offer temporary relief, they do not address the root cause of the pain.

The truth is, someone with hip and groin pain often needs targeted treatment to get the joint moving better, improve muscle function and minimise the risk of the pain becoming persistent or chronic…… or the need for risky surgery.

You’ve probably been given conflicting advice about your hip pain by friends and family. Maybe one person told you to rest it, while another told you to try swimming? Maybe one recommended doing stretches while another said to try strength exercises in the gym?

Being told lots of contradictory things can leave you struggling to make a decision.

The reality is that some people are sent for hip joint surgery too quickly… And once you’ve had it, there’s no turning back.

It’s wise to try a natural, proven method before opting for risky surgical options. That’s where we can help!

How do we help you get results?

Our in-depth assessment will help uncover:

  • WHAT hurts
  • WHY it hurts (those vital underlying problems)

Treatment with our 4-Step System will help to:

  • RELIEVE pain
  • RELEASE stiff parts of the hip joint and tight muscles
  • CONTROL your movements to offload the painful areas
  • STRENGTHEN your body to make you more resilient

Why not take one of the options below and let us help you make the right decisions about getting your hip pain better?

Did you know?

  • When we think of the hip joint, most of us think of the boney prominence of the outside of the upper thigh (this is actually called the ‘greater trochanter’). However, as the diagram at the top of the page shows, the ball and socket joint sits deep in the groin area. For this reason, hip pain is often felt in the groin.

  • Pain from various hip structures may also be felt in the thigh, the buttock and the side of the hip.

  • Hip and groin pain may not always originate from the hip joint itself. It can be referred from the lower back, pelvis, or the sacroiliac joint. A comprehensive assessment is needed to identify the source of the pain.

What our patients say….

"Had started to limp due to problems in right hip. Tried yoga, pilates and swimming but none of these worked. Had started to think that nothing would help but after only a few sessions with Chris I am now pain free and do not limp. I can walk feely and without discomfort. The exercises are simple and easy. Chris also does hands on treatment when I see him. He listens to you and the programme he designs for you is tailor made. He has made a huge difference to the quality of my daily life. Would thoroughly recommend Chris."
